Originally from Long Island, New York, Dr. Kevin DiBella brings over three decades of experience and a deep passion for chiropractic care to Chiropractic Health of Dilworth. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.

Dr. DiBella has completed advanced training in Whiplash Associated Disorders through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and holds certification in Spinal Decompression Therapy. He is also an active member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association, staying connected to the latest advancements in patient care and professional standards.

Before joining Chiropractic Health of Dilworth, Dr. DiBella and his wife owned and operated a successful practice in Gastonia, NC, for 28 years, where they built lifelong relationships with patients and their community. After selling their practice in 2023 and taking two years to recharge and refocus, Dr. DiBella is thrilled to return to what he loves most—helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

Outside the office, Dr. DiBella enjoys golfing, staying active and traveling the Carolinas.
